referral discount code that works despite ongoing sale

hi everyone! 

i'm trying to build a referral discount code for my influencer.

however, i'm currently running a sale:

$100+ 10% off

$120+ 12% off

$150+ 15% off

in order to run this sale, i have automatic discounts applied

how do i create a referral discount code that can apply the same discounts? also you can't x out the automatic discounts.... thoughts?

i tried creating a stackable coupon, but it won't be able to stack on this automatic discounts because i have other coupons being offered and they could be stacked way too much

anyone have a workaround solution?
