Remove the Shopify logo and address from the orderform

Hello

I have a little problem i want to have some help on, hope someone out there can help me out. 🙂

In my orderforms for my customers i find this lines and logo, i want to exchange them to  my own information instead.

Shopify (This is a logo)
151 O'Connor Street, Ground floor, Ottawa, ON, K2P 2L8

Anyone who have some howto guide or something to fix this? 🙂
