Removing Meta Tag for FB Business Manager

Hey everyone! Just want to inquire on how to remove meta tags of FB Business Manager that is connected our Shopify Page. We can't access our FB Business Manager already and we can put in the link of our Shopify Page. We already have a new page and we want to connect it with our Shopify page, someone can help us as we badly need to connect it.
