I received the delivery of a saree against order KY34301. from help@globalsaree.com through shopifyemail.com
 
Item delivered is Wrong Saree. See attached picture.
Item required is Correct saree- not delivered.
Please replace immediately.

Have you tried contacting the seller directly? You can do so by using the contact information on their website, replying to the order confirmation email you received, or getting in touch with them through their social media accounts. The seller is the best person to help you out with this issue. 

 

If the seller is unresponsive, your best next step is to get in touch with your bank or payment provider. You can let them know that you received an incorrect item from an online order, and they will guide you on what to do next.
