Retargeting error

Hi there, 

I am trying to start a retargeting campaign on shopify marketing but I get an error come up when choosing fb dynamic retargeting. 

it then says it’s failed. the message reads 

One or more of the IDs specified in your promoted object does not correspond to an object. Please only use IDs of objects which exist and to which you have a...

Can anyone help with this?
