How do I create a custom audience on Facebook ads to retarget people who added a specific product to cart? When I go to Create Audience it gives me the option to select people who added to cart but surely that could be any product on my site. How does it know that I want to retarget people who added a particular product to cart? Is it best to combine people who added to cart AND people who visited that particular product page? Or is there a simpler way to do it?

Thanks for your reply. I've now added a custom conversion but when I create a custom audience I don't see an option for "People who completed a custom conversion". Is this because this conversion doesn't have any data yet? Also, when I view the custom conversion that I created it says "inactive" and I can't see how to set it to active. Is this also because it hasn't got any data yet?
