Hello everybody,
i'm trying to create an email campaing with mailchimp where every time that i post a new blog article mailchimp will send to my subscriber automatically, the problem is that i'm not able to create the feed, shopify said that i should just add to my URL of the blog ".atom" but it dosen't work, both mailchimp and feedproxy.google told me that the url is not valid.
the domain is: www.pharmagoli.com
the blog is :https://pharmagoli.com/blogs/pharmagoli-blog
someone can help me?
thanks guys!
i'll attach some screenshot
were you able to resolve this? i'm having the same issue
Same problem here, for months. And Shopify touts RSS feeds as a great marketing tool but what is the point if it doesn't work? It used to work great, don't know what they did to break it.
Hi there,
Is seems like you have an extra dot in the URL you're trying to add which made the whole feed wrong.
The correct URL should be:
https://pharmagoli.com/blogs/pharmagoli-blog.atom
Here is the result from a feed validator:
http://www.feedvalidator.org/check.cgi?url=https%3A%2F%2Fpharmagoli.com%2Fblogs%2Fpharmagoli-blog.at...
It should work for most readers, and not all of them because Shopify isn't generating the correct feed.
Hope that help.
i have managed to setup the rss feed with mailchimp but the test emails dont show the images, just a blank box with the image text and a working web link, how can i get the images to show up ?

I can see that you have a RSS feed ready for your blog: https://pharmagoli.com/blogs/pharmagoli-blog.atom
Although you need to optimize it for better visibility in your email newsletters.
Hi guys.
Look, maybe our format will work from some of the papular channels in this application product feed. If you need something that doesn’t work out and if you need help, write down the support contacts.
Good luck.
