Sales stopped

We have been getting regular sales coming through our store www.splootsy.com, however over the last six weeks our sales have just stopped. Could anybody help us with this? Even tried some pet influencers, but only got one sale from that.

Hey @marknelson, where were your sales coming from before? I do not see any organic traffic, and I can't find any advertising currently happening. Did anything change 6 weeks ago that you know of?

Also, are you looking for information on why your sales have stopped, or are you looking for help driving sales?

Thanks for the response.  We have been doing google ad campaigns to drive traffic to our pet bed page. We don't have much organic traffic at present as we are having issues with our social media store. We reduced our spend on google in the last few weeks due to poor support but we had allowed so a drop in sales on the bases of this, but not to this extent. 

We are hoping to find information on why our sales dropped further than expected and look on how best we can increase our sales. Thanks

You are very welcome! Are you managing the Google Ads yourself or do you have someone doing that for you? Without further information, it is difficult to see what has taken place over the last few weeks to your Google Ads. There could be many different situations taking place.
