Hello all, so I have 2 questions would love if anyone could give any advice to both

1. Ive been dropshipping this one product for a couple of weeks, and Ive been running tiktok ads with 30$ budget daily. Ive been able to get 1-3 sales everyday but nothing more than that. I sell the product for 25$ I was wondering if anyone could give advice on what I should do to increase sales daily. Do I increase ad budget or...?

2. I also want to get into organic marketing, but I was wondering what do I do to get off of the zero followers mark. I have been posting tiktoks and instagram reels but because I have 0 followers I barely get any traction on the videos. Do I start like following people to get follows back or? Like how do I start a tiktok or instagram account from 0 and get followers as well as views from that?

Hi ComfyHomeFinds,

This is Amee from Gojiberry - Shopify Survey & Feedback App

I agree with what Cattynp42 said below, you will need to improve your ad creative, targeting, and product page to improve your conversion rate. It might be difficult to understand where to start. I have actually just recently written an article that covers more in detail about how to do it. Please give it a read when you have time.

It's good that you have some conversion going on. One piece of advice is to get as much feedback as possible from your converting customers. I would suggest installing a free post-purchase survey and trying to gather information like purchase intent, why they purchased the product, as well as demographic information. You can reward them with a coupon for answering longer surveys and keep them coming back again to your store.

Hope this helps!
