SEO, AdWords, affiliates, advertising, and promotions
I am writing this because i bought Wireless supportive sports bra 2+1 from Kristels.shop site https://kristels.shop/ which is showed as powered by Shopify. But they delivered wrong produce and when i called their customer care noone attended the call.
Later one guy called and asked me for bank details. I told him i will file case against him.
I wonder whether Shopify checked the authenticity of vendors.
There are many people who are victims of this financial fraud.
Is there anyway for Shopify to terminate the service for them as they are purely working for looting money from people?

I definitely understand where you're coming from and would be happy to share some insight on how we can help with an order you placed online.
As Shopify is a platform used by many merchants to sell online, we are unable to manage day-to-day operations or intervene in the order process. If however, you placed an order online, I'd encourage you to check out our Order FAQ Page for more information on how to proceed.
If after 4 weeks you still have not received your orders, we recommend contacting your bank for steps on how to proceed. Additionally, if you believe the store you purchased from is using Shopify as a platform, you can fill out our Report An Issue Form for further investigation.
It's important to note that Shopify is a platform used by many merchants to sell both online and in person, and would not have access to their day-to-day operations or orders. Ultimately it's recommended that that you contact your bank and/or payment provider directly. This will ensure that the appropriate guidance can be given as well as the next steps on how to retrieve funds to get this resolved.
