Hello,
I am wondering if there is a way for us to search for customers who have orders that are still unfulfilled. I know this is doable under the orders tab, but is it possible to do that from the customers tab?
The reason we want to do this is we generally have 2 types of orders that come through : ones that are fulfilled quickly and ones that are fulfilled little by little over a 10 to 12 month period. We want to be able to market to customers whose orders have all been fulfilled, but not to customers who still have unfulfilled orders. Is there a way to do this?
Thanks so much for your help,
Paul
Hi Paul,
You can’t directly filter customers by unfulfilled orders under the Customers tab. However, you can use the Orders tab to filter unfulfilled orders and then cross-reference those customers. Unfortunately, there’s no direct way to do this from the Customers tab.
Hope that helps!
Hello @GrazingDays 👋 Natively no, with apps set up a process to tag/untag customers based on the status of their orders.
Though no exact off the shelf tasks this should be possible in shopify's free shopify-flow app, or automation app like mechanic
