I have 50 subscribers who have subscribed including two abandoned carts with address and phone number two months ago. I have not yet sent the first email, not even post subscription email. Now, what should I do? should I delete them and start from begining by running ads and collecting new customers.

Why did you not email them? A bit silly and says a lot about you. As a colleague would say, "****ing email those b******s to death"
This emails are most effective (specially abandoned cart) immediately after.
Now the best approach may be sending them an update that looks timely - like 'New Arrivals' - Hey we've launched a few new products, come check them out type. That way it looks like a regular and timely email from you.
Don't worry about a quiet period, honestly I never heard anyone complaining about lack of promotional emails in their inbox 😄 Just send out your first email when you're ready - trust me, your subscribers won't even remember when they have signed up, or would think twice about not seeing your emails earlier. You are honestly making mountains out of molehills, have a cuppa and relax 😉
