SEO to do list before launch

Good morning!

I have built a Shopify store and am getting close to launch.  Does anyone recommend an SEO company to do all the backend stuff (alt tags, image tags, meta-tags, sitemap, submission to search engines, etc etc), or can the Shopify Apps handle that just as well?  I am using the Prestige 2.0 theme.  I contacted a few SEO companies in Shopify Experts and Upwork, but scope of work and prices that they are quoting are all over the place.

I want to do this once and do it right.  Feedback is sincerely appreciated.  Thanks!

If you are having good coding knowledge and you can do it by yourself for these technical issues alt tags, image tags, meta-tags, sitemap, submission to search engines, etc etc. 

Some apps can be used for this for not surely it will work properly may be you have to use some paid apps .
