Shop App advertising campaigns were recently opened to Canadian merchants but I feel there is a glitch because product impressions increased to 4,000 / day at launch but then immediately dropped to practically zero for the next several weeks. The campaigns were set to low ROAS and high customer acquisition cost, so in other words very attractive offers. If you're a merchant in Canada (or USA), are your Shop campaigns glitching like this?
