Shop not approved for facebook, trying to tag products on instagram

It says my shop was not approved for facebook, I do not know what is wrong and how to solve it, the dashboard gives me no info, and also not on the facebook and instagram app inside shopify, says my store is under review for months now just looks bugged my goal is to be able to tag products on instagram posts. If someone could help me fix this that would be great.

Its not being approved, i haven't looked at this for a few months like i mentioned, and where do i contact facebook support?
