Shopify Email App- Should I use some other app ?

I am creating emails with the internal email app in shopify. My problem is that sometimes I need proof that I sent an email. Such as delivered, opened , clicked.  I see that you can export the email recipients, export, the bounces, export the opens , etc,  But that gets so confusing. I would like to export and then at the top have a field that says bounced, clicked, opened etc     Just one export that shows everything.  

Also sometimes I want to send the email to more then one segment but you can only do one at time.  This also gets confusing.

Also I don't see a feature to resend after a few days if it is not opened. 

I was using Constant Contact and you can add several segments to one email. And you can more easily filter emails to see who clicked .

I guess I am going to have to go back to paying for an email service if I don't find solutions. (I figured since I was paying for shopify I should use the email. And to be honest the emails look nicer then Constant Contactand easier to create.
