Shopify Email Campaign isn’t loading ALL customers

Hello everyone, my issue is involved when I try and send a mass email campaign. When I go to customers, it says I have 898 subscribed customers. When I go email the campaign, I only have 884 subscribers. I wasn’t sure what this was about, whether some of those emails were added incorrectly or what. Any help is appreciated. Hi, @ericfrye240!

Your customer list will include all customers (anyone who makes a purchase on your store), including those that have not opted into your newsletter or who haven't granted permission for email marketing. You can add a filter for subscribed customers in your customer list by clicking on Email subscription status > subscribed, like so:
