I am getting the following error from Facebook:
Pixel has low event source match rate--Some content_ids sent from pixel fires by this pixel do not match any catalog associated to the pixel, This could be because your catalogs aren't up to date, or because the item IDs in your catalogs don't match the content_ids in your pixel
However, my catalog must be up to date because I just created it today.
Any insight would be appreciated.
If you can provide the URL of your shop and a link to the catalog uploaded to Facebook, someone who knows what they're doing could solve the problem for you.
Basically, an ID on a product page pushed through the pixel needs to match the ID of the product used in your feed. This will result in Facebook being able to show the right product it wants to someone who viewed the product.
