Shopify Facebook content view no showing on ads report

Hi,

Has anyone experienced this before? May I know how to fix this?

I'm using the Facebook & Instagram App(conversion API) to set up the pixel.

Did I miss out on any setting in Shopify Facebook pixel setting?

Have checked everything, the pixel is working and the content view is working.

Seems like all setting in both Facebook and Shopify is ok.

But, WHY the data is NOT showing in my "Facebook ads report"? I can the data if check in the Facebook event manager.

The Landing page view has data, but the content views Didn't. Very weird.

Has anyone experienced this before? May I know how to fix this?

There seems to be issue with your manual-pixel set-up, please check that with test events
