Shopify Google Shopping: My products Have Been Pending Forever

I'm trying to approve my products on the Shopify Google Shopping app, but they have been pending for weeks. I've already filled out the Google Shopping fields except for the MPN or barcode because I am dropshipping. Is there any other way to get my products approved? I tried calling Shopify and they told me I need a MPN or barcode or my product has to be custom. I tried calling google and they told me to call Shopify, and yes I have a privacy policy, terms of service, refund policy, shipping rates, address and taxes set up, but my products are still not approved. Is there any other way to get my products approved?

Unless your products are custom. You need to use the barcode filed with a GTIN. GTIN is your UPC for a North American product or EAN for European....sect depending on where the product is made around the world. There is no way getting around this. You need to use the barcode field or have a customer product. We have a few drop ship clients and they still put in the GTIN.

I've reached out to my suppliers and they t old me they don't have a GTIN, so I don't know what to do at this point.

This Google support page shows what different GTINs are around the world. Not sure what you are selling, but most products have one.
