Shopify => Instagram; Cannot connect this asset Account presence.

I am getting this error when trying to setup my business instagram account to my shopify account...
"Cannot connect this asset

Account presence."

I have a business facebook page, business instagram page - both are linked to eachother...

what am I missing?

I cannot see the "shop" setting from my instagram
