Shopify Markets - how to get product URLS that will display correct version of product for market

Have added shopify markets and like it but have a problem adding product links that work to Pinterest, FB, Insta ets.

For example I have this product for US market which shows 404 error for UK customer https://joestoes.co.uk/products/joes-toes-sarah-crochet-slipper-kit-us-ladies-sizes-3-16-pink-or-fuc... and this version for UK customer which shows 404 error for US customer https://joestoes.co.uk/products/joes-toes-sarah-crochet-slipper-kit-adult-sizes-1-14-colour-pink-or-...

 so I would like a common URL or other solution that will show the correct version of the product for each market . I.e. same  product in US shoe sizes to US market and UK shoe sizes to UK market. 

Is this possible and how? I'm sure this must be a common issue but I've not found the solution.
