SEO, AdWords, affiliates, advertising, and promotions
Shopify is not reflecting when a person indicated they give consent for SMS to be sent for shipping or marketing information.
I have tested this and it's not showing in the customer profile. This is in turn causing me all sorts of headaches for subsequent email and SMS sessions - there is no positive consent so texts won't go.
There used to be chat support - what happened to that? I need to get this resolved ASAP.
