Shopify Payment Email Notification

Hello everyone, I have a question:

I want to integrate the payment method in an email. I have integrated the variable {{unique.gateway}} which gives me an output: "Shopify payments".

How to display the payment method and not the payment processor. I would like to display 'Visa' for example.
