SHOPIFY REPORTS AND FACEBOOK AD DATA NOT MATCH

Hello guys! 

Maybe someone can explain me, why my facebook ad data doesn't match my shopify reports? 

Because I see in facebook ads that there are 11 purchase. But I get only 4 total. What should I do? How can I fix it??
