Hey. We have 2 identical stores one in DKK and one in EUR. Only for currency purposes.
We have the Facebook Sales Channel app installed and connected on both stores. Problem is that both DKK products and EUR products are syncing to the same catalogue.
We are using the same Facebook page + Instagram page for both Stores - hence we cannot create a new commerce account.
Anyone found a work around to split this into 2 catalogues or exclude one of the currencies in the catalogue? we only want to show products in the EUR currency.
Thanks!
Hi @AsedaJulie
You can create a single catalog in your default language and currency and add the other as a localized feed. You can follow the steps in this article and see if it works: https://en-gb.facebook.com/business/help/2144286692311411?id=725943027795860.
Please let me know if this worked, or else we can look for another way to merge both catalogs.
