Shopify won't allow me to add a payment method for my Facebook campaign though I am the admin

Shopify won't allow me to add a payment method for my Facebook campaign though I am the admin. I set up the marketing campaign and it failed because there is not payment method. This is very confusing as my card is already synced to my facebook account and I am the admin. Has anyone faced this issue? What's the solution?
