I've finally got my store done after 2 months and for some reason I CANNOT get my e commerce up and running! I'm not sure why. In the beginning I was prompted that I need an EIN Number in which I have NO employee's. What do I need to do to get my Shopping Cart Up and running in a realistic time. I've sent messages to support several time to no avail. I'd really like to get this problem solved and know what the actual Problem is!

Luna, Time is being lost, sales are being lost in not being able to offer a payment system to my customers
that I've worked so hard to get to my store. I'm getting traffic but there is no way for them to use or for me to
take credit card payments. Why? I have NO idea and this has to get resolved soon. Can someone please step
up to the plate and get me an answer? Please.....
