Should all sale purchases be final in my online store?

Hi, I am planning a sale for my Shopify store and I don't know if I should all sale purchases are final sales. Please let me know your thoughts.

I would say what you selling would be a good indicator of if that would be a necessity or not. If you are selling $10 scratch maps, then absolutely. The cost threshold wouldn't be worth it to return. 

But if it's a higher ticket item like electronics. Then it's a good idea. Something to also keep in mind, somewhere around 80% of people don't bother with returns from e-commerce sites. 

The average e-commerce store return rate is 18.1% (NRF, 2021)
