We are working on our SEO and wanted to upload our sitemap via Search Console when we try to access to the sitemap we get a "

error on line 1 at column 2: StartTag: invalid element name

Below is a rendering of the page up to the first error." message.

Anyone some magic advice on how we can solve this?

I would check what you’re adding and try again. Your sitemap looks good to me. 

To rule Google out as being the problem try and use some online sitemap validation tool.

If you’re still not sure please post the exact url here that you’re adding into the console.
