Social sharing image won't change?

Hi there, why won't my social sharing image change? I've re-uploaded it a few times through the theme settings and preferences but still nothing.

I appreciate the context that you have shared as that is very helpful! Could you let us know when you made this change to your social sharing image?

If you have made a change to the social sharing image by navigating to Online store > Preferences > Social Sharing Image, this change will be immediate. However, it may take third-party platforms such as Facebook or Instagram a bit longer to update on their side. In this case, we do not have a specific time frame to when this will be updated automatically, it may take up to a full 72 hours for the social sharing image to be updated on other platforms.
