Some pages are discovered and index and some of them are discovered but not indexed

Hi to all! I hope that u are doing more then well

If someone can ..pls help

I'v looked thru similar problems to find solution but i didn't have luck.

Main problem is that that page with the same structured content are normaly submited with xml map then discoverd by google and at last indexed, but some pages (almost 200 to be precise) with same technical data like those who are indexed are not ...They are discoverd but not index..I'v gettin' notification in GSC - "This page is not in the index, but not because of an error" So i don;t know where to look ..

Robot.txt is the only thing what can be reason for this.. If u guys now something more, i will be gratefull to share with me
