SEO, AdWords, affiliates, advertising, and promotions
Hello all,
I launched my store on 2/28/22. I have spent money on Facebook, Google, and Instagram ads to no avail. I don't understand what the problem could be. Please advise because I am on the brink of giving up on it. I know its only been a month, but the advertising costs are getting to me. I also post twice a week to all of my business pages on social media. I am really bummed about this. Thanks for any and all advice you can offer!

Hi @jnice2u2, you might want to review your ads (content, timing, campaign goal, target audience). And also, before running ads, you need to research on your target audience persona (demographics, geographics, behaviours, interests) to target it right. About social media, I think twice a week is a bit too low of frequency. Especially your store is new, you need to update more info and content so it looks credible. Should increase it to 4-5 times a week if you have some times to spend, otherwise at least post 3 times a week. And remember to schedule the posts in most-engaging time as well. Use your data and analyse it before making any decisions, or maybe research about your niche if your data isn't gathered enough.

I've taken a look at your store. The site content is taking too much to load. I've some suggestions to increase the conversion rate.
1. Add 'New Arrivals' section to help customers keep updated on new products.
2. You can add testimonials on the home page to make the store look more professional.
3. Add social media for the store to increase the traffic. Having social media is a great way to grow your business, allowing you to tap into new audiences and gain more customers.
4. Discounts and limited-time offers will help to increase sales.
5. Add About Us page which is a reflection of the purpose and personality of the business.
6. Add more specific product title/url in product pages.
