Hello @Noon_Noon,

If you have changed your Shopify store name, but the old store name continues to appear on your automation templates, follow these steps to update the information.
-> Make sure you have updated the store name in your Shopify admin settings. To do this, go to your Shopify admin dashboard, click on "Settings," then "General," and update the "Store name" field with the new name. Save your changes.
-> Sometimes, display issues can be caused by cached data. Clear your browser's cache and cookies, or try accessing your automation templates using a different browser to see if the old store name still appears.
-> Check the email automation service or app that is integrated with your Shopify store. Log in to that service and verify that the store name is updated there as well. The automation templates may be pulling the information from this external service, so ensure the changes are made there too.
-> Keep in mind that some third-party email automation services might have their own caching or synchronization processes. Check their settings and configurations as well. If needed, refer to their documentation or reach out to their support for guidance on updating the store name in their system.
-> If you have followed the steps above and the old store name persists, contact Shopify's customer support.
I hope this information proves useful.
