Hello @liniM

Welcome to the Shopify Community!

This is Jay from Oakleaf Infoway. I have a few suggestions for you and I am glad to share.

1) Header (Store logo):

I don't know why it seems like doesn't match with the standard product you have put an irrelevant logo on the top. it's expressing that you are in the real estate business.

2) So much space gape in between the content, Banner, and the header also.

3) See those 2 banners ( You can find it is cut off with each other texts and the I am put it you on the high priority please have attention at here.) This thing looks miserable.

4)See the alignments it looks worst need to set on fit alignment :

Hey @liniM

Sorry to hear about your stores conversion rate not being what you expected. Often times when  visitors aren't converting it's an issue with the store design/layout. The important thing when it comes to designing for conversion is messaging, and how the brain processes information. The easier it is to understand the better and if there are visuals included that's great!

I took a look at your store and here are some suggestions:

1: Reduce the amount of images being used. It looks like you have 3 banners/images at the top of your store. If you reduce this it will encourage the visitor to scroll vs. them feeling overwhelmed with information to process.

2: Bring the product up and add the video below it. When designing for conversion often times a mistake a lot of websites make is filling the top of the page with sales content rather than leaving that for people who scroll past the product. People who scroll past the product are generally looking for more information to sell them on why they should by the product while buyers will just check out. It's better to move the product closer to the top of the page so you don't lose the easy to sell visitors with a lot of scrolling and visuals they do not need.

3: Review widget at the bottom is great however I think getting this simplified will give the store a more premium feel which will create a environment where visitors feel like they can trust the store.

Let me know if you have any questions I am ore than happy to help!

Hey @liniM,

So sorry to hear, it has to be so discouraging. You are doing a lot of thing right, your website looks good, it tells me why I need this product and answers any of the questions a potential customer might have.

We hear from a lot of store owners A LOT that they get a lot of traffic but no conversions. It comes down to the fact that you are getting traffic, but its the wrong kind of traffic. When I take a look at your product SEO, this is what I see and this is how it would show up in search results or social media shares:

By default, Shopify will take your product title and the description and add that into your SEO. The issue here is that a person searching for your type of products wouldn't type "4-in-1 Apple and Samsung Wireless Charging Station" into Google. There's a tool called Keywords Everywhere that will tell you what words people are using when searching for this type of product. Once you have those words you will incorporate them into your title and description. We’ve created a video walking you through how to do your SEO properly so that you can target your intended audience:

PS: If you need some graphics for your store for Black Friday, we just released a free pack. They look like this:

They come in 4 different colors and have percentage variations ranging from 20%-80% off. You can download them for free when you sign up for our email list.

Best of luck!
