Hello @Kishor94,
Good day! Gina from flareAI app - free sales machine here to assist.
Google Merchant Center suspends accounts for policy violations if they find that you are not adhering to their policies. The message you received suggests that there are products in your feed that violate their policies, and therefore, you need to remove them.
Here are some common reasons why a Google Merchant Center account gets suspended for policy violations:
1. Misleading or inaccurate information
If the information in your product feed is inaccurate or misleading, it can lead to policy violations. Ensure that your product descriptions, images, and other details are accurate and not misleading.
2. Restricted products
Certain products such as firearms, tobacco, drugs, and adult products are restricted on Google Merchant Center. Make sure that you are not listing any restricted products.
3. Counterfeit products
Google does not allow the listing of counterfeit products. If you are listing any counterfeit products, remove them immediately.
4. Copyright infringement
Listing products that infringe on copyright laws can also lead to policy violations.
5. Landing page issues
Make sure that the landing pages for your products are working correctly and not leading to any errors.
You can review the policy violations by logging into your Google Merchant Center account and checking the Diagnostics tab. The tab will give you a detailed report of the issues that led to your account suspension.
Once you have identified the issue, you need to fix it and then request a review of your account. Google will then review your account, and if everything is in order, they will reinstate your account.

We have the same problem - Google is reporting that we have counterfeit items, but this is not true, and Google doesn't give the option of saying, NO THESE ARE NOT COUNTERFEIT ITEMS. Is this a way to strongarm us into buying Google ads? Any pictures/descriptions that are posted are from the mfg. or are posted from our own photo booth here.
