Ensure that you have a strong internet connection - you can try a speed test here;
Disable any VPN or IP masking applications if you are using them
Try another device, such as another computer or a cellphone.
Try on the Shopify Mobile app. This eliminates the web based version of Shopify providing errors.
Try another internet connection (example, switch to a cellular network on a phone rather than wifi.)
Ensure there are no pop ups being blocked in the web browser.
