The right way of setting up AdSense ads on store front?

Is there a resource what I need to configure AdSense on shop I manage?

Manually adding adsense tag in template headers renders warnings like:

As per personal suggestion it is not good idea to put adesnse in your shop, because it will take people to other site and main goal of our shopping sites to sale product.
