Hi, @carmine2!
Thanks for reaching out in our Community forums and for sharing your concern, I’d be happy to help.
There can be various causes of receiving this error message. Depending on the performance of your campaign, it could be flagged due to the bounce rate/complaint rate. This essentially means that the user could have flagged the email as spam or moved it to the junk folder. If this is the case, you will want to focus on the quality of your email and subscriber list. Firstly, look for any types, or role email addresses (e.g. admin@, info@) that may be causing your users to have negative sentiments towards the content. You can check out our guide that covers the Best practices for Shopify Email to help with this.
Also, some of these email addresses may have been collected a long time ago and may no longer be engaged. Try sending only to those who have signed up to a newsletter or ordered in the past year to ensure better engagement.
Kindly reply back to this thread with any questions or updates and we can continue our conversation further!

Hi Mac, I am having the same error for a brand new campaign I am creating with a brand new store, do you know the reason for that?
Hi, @Surooraldhalemi!
Thanks for joining this thread.
I understand that you are experiencing a similar issue. It's likely that your campaign has been flagged due to the bounce rate/complaint rate. May I ask where you imported your mailing list from? Are these customers from a previous shop?
You will want to try sending emails only to those who have signed up to a newsletter or ordered in the past year to ensure better engagement. Feel free to check out our guide that covers the Best Practices for Shopify Email to help with this.
You also mentioned that you recently launched, so feel free to check out The General Checklist as it is a great tool to ensure that you have your Shopify store all set up and ready for customers to make purchases on.
