Hi Everyone,

I have set up the marketing for Facebook ads, but I am getting this error message. 

There is 1 error with this activity:

• A problem with Facebook prevented your activity from being published. Try to republish in a few minutes.

There was a connection problem to Facebook Marketing

Reload to try and generate the preview, or publish this campaign without a preview.

I have reloaded the page, and also pressed the republish activity button, but the same errors keep coming back up. 

Can anyone help me fix this issue?

Sorry to hear you are having trouble with publishing your Facebook ads and I appreciate you reaching out about this. I completely understand how important it is for your store's systems and channels to be consistent and reliable, however, it does look like there are some intermittent issues with Facebook's API at the moment, preventing any ads being created or published. I can assure you we have all hands on deck working to fix this as quickly as possible and limit downtime as best we can but at this time we need to wait for the Facebook devs to get back to us with a fix. 

I will keep you updated as we are monitoring the situation and I will let you know once it has been resolved.

Facebook's API is now operational. All applications requiring the API (Ad creation, Instagram Checkout, etc.) should be working as expected. Let me know if you are still experiencing issues with this or if you have any other questions at all. I am always happy to help out!

I am still experiencing the same problem Americanhustler mentioned above, we are almost November and it doesn't seem like the problem is solved. Is there any way to fix this from our end? Thanks!
