I Have Facing some challenges please guide at below points

1.  This is my site URL https://outlashextensions.ca/ when I validate my site on schema.org validate not correct URL
2. There pages are automatically mark as no index, I have no idea why and how?

Can you try to submit the URL's in Google Search Console so that your pages will be indexed?
