Hello. Unfortunately I'm facing such a problem and I can't solve it. Has anyone lived before? What should I do?

Hi again, @emirhanuygun!.

Thanks for following up!

I appreciate you taking the time to go through the eligibility requirements. Since you tried reestablishing the connection and are still having issues, you will need to reach out directly to Meta so that their team can provide some more information about the issue. Once you're on your Shopify Admin, you will need to head over to your Facebook and Instagram sales channel, and click on Get Support. From there, select the Account Connection and Permissions topic, and you will be routed to get in touch with their support team.

We’d also be happy to help you get in touch with their team via our Help Center through live chat, email, or callback. You'll be able to connect with one of our Advisors who can point you in the right direction.

Let me know how it goes!

Hi, @emirhanuygun!

Thanks for reaching out in our Community forums and for sharing your concern, I’d be happy to help.

I understand that you are running into an issue when setting up your Facebook and Instagram accounts for Shops. I suggest reviewing the Commerce eligibility requirements, and ensure that your country is supported for both Facebook and Instagram markets. Once you confirm that you are eligible, I've seen some merchants disconnect their accounts, toggle them between personal/business, and try this process again.

I suggest reaching out directly to Meta directly so they can take a closer look. You can use the 'Get Support' option directly within your Facebook and Instagram sales channel/app on the Shopify admin to get in touch.

Once you're able to resolve your eligibility issue, I'd love to chat with you more about your business! I see you're a new community member and it sounds like you're still setting up your marketing. I checked my Commerce eligibility requirements settings and everything seems ok. I changed my account from business to personal and back to business and re-established connections. But I'm still having the same problem. Is there anything else you can do?

Hello @emirhanuygun,

Good day! Gina from flareAI app here to assist.

If you are receiving the error message "This Account Can't Be Selected Because Shops Is Only Available In Some Countries" when trying to set up your Facebook and Instagram accounts for your Shopify store, it means that Facebook Shops is not yet available in your country.

Facebook Shops is currently available in select countries, including the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and others. If you are not in one of these countries, you may not be able to use the feature yet.

If you are in one of the countries where Facebook Shops is available, but you are still experiencing issues, you may want to ensure that you have set up your Facebook and Instagram accounts correctly and that you have connected them to your Shopify store. You should also make sure that you have provided all the necessary information and documentation to Facebook to enable your shop.

Refer to this guide for Eligible countries for shopping on Instagram

If you are still experiencing issues, you may want to reach out to Facebook and/or Shopify support for assistance.

I am facing the same Problem. Thou i haven´t contacted facebook yet, something that worked partly for me was switching my IG Account from Business to Normal (you have mentioned it too). After that I was able to add my Facebook business suite but obviously the IG one wasn't there to select any more.  I am from Germany and according to the list where "Shops" is available this problem shouldn't exist, but it does:

Hello again my main problem was solved pretty easily.. I just wanted to integrate the FB & IG and i clicked on the wrong ´setup´ button. Although it is impossible to oversee normally, I didn't realize the one on the bottom section was the right one.
