Hello BryzTrak,

you can try to make a custom audience and retarget them. analyze the customer behavior on your website via Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity where users explore if they are facing any difficulties.

if you need any assistance related to conversion tracking and reporting  feel free to ask.

Thanks

Hi @BryzTrak

I think that your situation is possibly due to the following reasons:

1. Your ads may lack a clear value proposition or compelling call to action

2. Your page lacks trust signals, a key factor of a high-converting ad landing page. Hence, I suggest:

  • Adding product reviews to build trust (I recommend the Ali Reviews app)
  • Adding a live chat to better support your customers
  • Adding shipping and return policy. Do you offer international shipping? How long do customers have to wait to get the product after they order? Do you offer clear return and refund policy?

3. Your products have low demand or are too saturated (easily accessible). In this case, you need to invest in branding activities to differentiate your brand and your products.

4. Your prices might not be as competitive as your competitors. Consider lowering your prices in the short term. In the long run, as I said above, you should invest in brand awareness campaigns.

5. Lastly, it's possible that since you just got started running TikTok ads, TikTok platform might take some time to learn your ads and audiences. Hence, I suspect that initially, your ads on the platform might not be reaching the right audience. My advice on this is to constantly monitor your ad metrics and experiment with new content, messages, etc., to see what works.

I hope that this helps!
