Title & Meta Description not showing on Google

Hi 

I am facing an issue, I have already set the meta title and description. But it's not showing on google. When inspecting at Google it shows it's blocked by robots.txt. You can see this in the image. 
I tried to index through the Google Search console but also getting an error.

Any help? on other search engines like Bing and Yahoo it's fine.

Hi 

Same issue, only on Google. For all other search engines, I rank first, google blocks all pages and has not crawled correctly since November last year.

No help from either Shopify or Google.
