Two websites, same blog without hurting SEO ranking

Hi there,

We have two Shopify websites, an AUS and an International store.

We've recently decided to implement a blog however, I am aware that google picks up on duplicate content and if we simply copy & paste the blog onto both sites it can do more harm than good for SEO.

Is there a way around this? I know theres some way to use tags or something on the backend for this.

Good call! You want to avoid duplicate content at all costs, as this could hurt your website immensely. The best way to do this is to indicate your preferred URL to Google by using canonical links.
