Unable to receive any Notification email

Hi Friend
we cannot receive any email after try to send test any notifications email. So I have check the domain setup and email setup. No any issue found.

So I read shopify user manual and to do testing(send mail to . I found DKIM verification status is None.

After that I have to remove and re-create DKIM setup in domain configuration to same again. But DKIM verification status still is None. I'm also not sure the issue whether is caused by DKIM verification.

Last time I have success to testing and received notification on the 2021-Feb-12. Actually no any setup change until now. Don't know why cannot receive any notification currently. Please help. Thank so much!!!!
