unable to set up instagram shop as sales channel

so i open a FB shop but didn't set up the IG shop, so i wanted to set up now, but in FB commerce manager ac it said "No sales channels connected

You haven't connected any channels to sell your items."

so I click on it, but the Instagram option is unable to select. and the message pop below

"you can't edit your channel visibility because you don't have permission or your commerce account is restricted"

anyone knows what happens or experiencing the same issue? thanks!
