Hello Guys,

my conversion rate has been low for a while. Looking for some good feedback. Thank you in advance. 

Store overview: 

Age: 6 Months

Audience Source: Instagram 

Product: Fashion Accessories.

Conversion rate is low! A lot of work has been done but still the conversion rate is 0.67%. Add to cart rate is around 8.5%.

Im willing to provide more information if that would help. 

Any feedback and constructive criticism will be highly appreciated.

• your product
• your traffic source
• your landing page
• etc...

Completely understand where you're coming from. I think you have done a lot of the work and have put yourself in a good place but there are a few things I noticed which you can modify to take yourself to the next level. 

• Story - I saw you're "About Us" story, it was great. I think highlighting this more prominently and telling the customers about it more. Maybe adding it to the main menu bar of the homepage rather than just the footer. People love stories and stories sell. By telling yours, you can get people more invested in the brand and hopefully convert more sales. To take this one step even further, you could look into starting a blog also. 
• You mentioned you were using Instagram also. I took a look and see you have done great work with it so far. Organic engagement with Instagram can be very effective. The idea of finding people in your prime audience demographic and creating/ having conversations with them and not pushing for a sale. People will be curious and check out your store, perhaps read your story and decide to buy something. There was a podcast about this recently going into this in more detail hosted by a popular Shopify Partner which you can listen to here.
