Updating Product Image but Keeping the Same URL

I'm trying to update a product photo on my page because it is too large to be used in a Bing ad but I want the photo to keep the same file name/URL. I deleted the original photo and uploaded the new photo with the same file name. My new photo was uploaded but it added on a long string of characters. Originally it was 
https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0011/7958/2517/products/11s01-how-to-apply-the-shoulder-sling__800...
After I re-uploaded it, my new url is https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0011/7958/2517/products/11s01-how-to-apply-the-shoulder-sling_cfa6...

Does anyone know how to reuse the original URL?
