User-Generated Content (UGC) creators for Anime/Japanese Streetwear Brand

Hello.  I have a Shopify store that uses Printful POD to sell OC (original character) anime and Japanese apparel. I would like to have some constructive feedback on my Shopify store before I get started on creating ads (mainly I wanted to have the entire website to be checked). I have this store for about 5 years now, and I am interested in doing UGC ads for my store.

I heard that UGC ads are a lot more convenient and effective than an average ad. Also, because a lot of anime brands tend to sell mainly stuff dealing with anime from popular anime series, I do want to find some UGC creators to help me post for TikTok content and TikTok ads ( I might be open for more just in case).

Are there any suggestions or tips on how I can recruit some people to help create constant TikTok content to have for my brand?
